Corfitlistic’s philosophy is to empower and educate individuals through health and fitness holistically, so they may work together as a team or individually to achieve and receive personal and professional success.
Camp Corfitlistic will facilitate comprehensive fitness programs utilizing various training methods that provide team building, self-confidence, and overall improvement in health and fitness. This will be achieved by using creative and dynamic/compound exercise programs that utilize the individuals body weight, fitness equipment, and anaerobic training to improve body composition, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, muscular strength/endurance, quality of life, everyday activities, and overall athletic performance for children, adults, seniors, and seasonal and professional athletes on all levels.
Intensity levels will vary by increasing repetitions, repetition timing and sets, according to the individual's age and fitness level.
